HA2CG LIFE ALIGNMENT Quick Review Phase 3
This Quick Review offers an overview of Phase 3 in the Life Alignment Program. Be sure to read Synergia’s Guidelines and Dr. Simeons’ Pounds and Inches.
Phase 3: ReEntry – Stabilize and Maintain Your New Weight
- For best results, use Synergia’s Life Alignment Phase 3 drops to assist in resetting your hypothalamus and weight set-point, which takes about 3 weeks.
- The morning you reach your Optimal Weight, take your final dose of Phase 1&2 drops.
- Continue to weigh yourself each day; continue with your food journal.
- Begin your Phase 3 drops this afternoon – 25 drops 3 x’s/day until bottle is empty.
- For the next 48 hours, remain on the Very Low Calorie Intake without the drops.
- Start timing the 48 hours with your final dose of Phase 1&2 drops.
- If you feel very hungry, slightly increase your food intake.
- For the following three weeks (21 days):
- Eat a minimum of 1500 calories per day with 6 feedings throughout the day
- Drink 2 liters of clean water a day.
- Eat as much protein and good fats as you wish.
- Try small amounts of dairy and nuts.
- Begin mixing your vegetables.
- Avoid all starches and sugars; see the Avoid These Foods list for Phase 3.
- Weigh each day, keeping your weight within 2 pounds of your desired goal.
- If your weight increases over 2 pounds, immediately begin a Steak Day. See Dr. Simeons manuscript for full details:
- Skip breakfast and lunch if you can. If not, eat only enough steak to get you through the day.
- Drink 2 liters of water
- Dinner – eat a huge steak with one apple or one raw tomato.
- If you are retaining water, eat a very high protein diet for a day:
- Breakfast – 2 eggs
- Lunch – 1 large steak
- Dinner – 1 large steak, 1 large helping of cheese
- At the end of three weeks:
- Gently add in starches and sugars.
- Introduce only one new food item every fourth day; continue weighing every day.
- Remove foods that add weight to your body – you may be sensitive or allergic to them, causing inflammation and weight gain.
- Eat fresh, whole foods as much as possible. Avoid canned, boxed and foods with preservatives added.
